We are bringing changes to our pricing on June 18th, 2018. As our partners and customers, I would like to explain to you what is changing in our price and why it is changing.
To gather feedback, we’ve been rolling out the new pricing to select customers, over the past few months. Doubtless, these perspectives have helped us a lot in moving towards a pricing structure that best serves different customer segments.
What happens to your Pricing?
If you are an existing customer on any of our paid plans, you will continue to use Tars at current pricing plan itself. In case you want to upgrade to a higher plan, please do so before the 18th of June, 2018 to get the same pricing as we have now.

Why are we changing our Pricing?
Tars has evolved a lot over the last two and a half years of our existence. We are trying to ensure we deliver higher value with your growing needs and also invest better to improve the service.
We will be investing in engineering to align our product roadmap based on your needs and make the chatbot making experience as easy as possible. With this in mind, we are going to release a new set of tools which will help you derive more value from bots - like Data Analytics, native Integrations with other applications and a lot more.
