  1. Keep your messages short and crisp. 
  2. Start the  conversation with an easy question -basic yes or no question
  3. Try to convey  what your product does in simple language 
  4. Make it more visual- using images and videos
  5. Keep in mind the mentality of your customers, so you can ask relevant questions
  6. Always ensure that you give some kind of value in return when you ask  for any information like phone number/ email id. Or make it clear as to why you need this information. This way they will be more willing to share the information and the conversion rates will be higher
