GDPR enables to rectify or change all personal data a company holds about you. This means you can do this with your Tars data. Below we are explaining how to rectify, complete, or delete the data held in your Tars account.

Here’s a list of the data you can fix or change in your account:

  • Name - go to "Settings" section in your dashboard and change the "name field" you signed up with.
  • Email address - go to "Settings" section in your dashboard and change the "email field" you signed up with.
  • Phone - since this is an optional datapoint collected while you are signing up, you can either add your phone number or edit it if you would like to. To do this, go to "Settings" section in your dashboard and make necessary change in the "phone field".
  • Payment details - to change any of the payment related details, please drop us a mail at support@hellotars.com and we will be happy to help you out.
