NOTE: In order to track Conversions on Facebook Pixel, you need to set goal gambits in your bots. To set goal gambits, you need to configure your goal settings.

FB Pixel is a valuable piece of software that helps businesses get the most out of Facebook’s advertising platform. It helps you track conversions from Facebook ads, optimize ads based on collected data, build targeted audiences for future ads, and remarket to qualified leads—people who have already taken some kind of action on your chatbot.

In this help doc, we will show you how you can use Facebook pixel on your chatbot.

Open up Facebook’s website and navigate to the ad manager page by clicking the Ad link in the sidebar (see the bottom left of the picture below):

This will take you to the Facebook Ad Manager page that looks like this :

Over here click on the menu in the top right of the screen and select the Pixels option under Event Manager :

Once the Pixels page loads click the Create a Pixel button at the bottom of the page :

When the popup loads, rename your pixel and hit Create once again :

On the next page, close the popup and copy the Pixel ID from the top right.

Open up the Tars bot you wish to integrate with, navigate to the Analytics and Tracking section, and paste the pixel code in the appropriate box :

Don’t forget to hit save at the bottom. 

And that’s it! Your bot is now integrated with Facebook Pixel.
