To change the availability status, click on the hamburger icon. Then in the bottom left corner, you need to click on your profile icon where you will find options to set the availability status(Online/Busy/Offline)

Note: Chats will be assigned to agents only when they are in available status.

Ex: If you are an admin and want to check the chats that are currently assigned to agents, you can set your status as offline so that no chats will be assigned to you
