This feature enables the agents to access the attachments in the livechat that are sent by the customers in the WhatsApp application.

  • Support for Voice Notes, now if the customer records a voice note, it will appear as an Audio File in view data.

  • Customers can send Images, Videos, Documents, Audio, Voice Notes, and GeoLocation to the Agent. (Geolocation will appear as a link to Google Maps)

  • An agent can send Attachments to WhatsApp users.
