This feature enables the agents to access the attachments in the livechat that are sent by the customers in the WhatsApp application.
Support for Voice Notes, now if the customer records a voice note, it will appear as an Audio File in view data.
Customers can send Images, Videos, Documents, Audio, Voice Notes, and GeoLocation to the Agent. (Geolocation will appear as a link to Google Maps)
